March 9, 2010, a Tuesday
Anza-Borrego Desert State Park (Yaqui Well to near Borrego Springs), California, USA
— A very windy day
We took it easy this morning after such a long day yesterday. The wind was howling as forecast, so we weren't interested in going out to photograph. I had my normal breakfast, and had my coffee in a Bodum Bistro Double-Wall Mug for the first time in a few days, and it was nice to be able to get the full aroma — something I can't quite get from the OXO Good Grips 14-oz Travel Mug. We prepped the RV to move and left at 9:45 with me in the RV and J following in the Jeep.

We went to a boondocking spot east of Borrego Springs at 10:25 so we could get a Verizon Wireless signal. (There was no signal at the Yaqui Well Campground.) I tilted the solar-electric panels then put out some stabilizer jacks to keep the RV from rocking in the wind. I downselected images from March 7th in Capture One (C1) and from March 8th in iView.

I had lunch at 11:55 and read through the rest of the February 2010 Outdoor Photographer. I downselected the images from March 8th in Capture One (C1). I processed three images from Match 7th for the blog then worked up a blog entry. I downselected images further from March 8th in Capture One (C1) then processed two images for the blog.

We had dinner at 6:50 of Bertolli Chicken Florentine & Farfalle and Texas Toast.

After dinner, I processed another image for the blog then started to work up a blog entry. The wind was still howling when we went to bed.
